Architectural Woven Crimped Wire Mesh, also called crimped wire mesh, metal mesh pattern is produced in high grade stainless steel, aluminium alloy and copper by weave. We can also produce woven wire designer meshes using special alloys and other weaveable materials to your specifications. The choice of the type of weave creates different mesh geometries with specific optics and light effects and dramatic curves and twisted or torsioned effects.

Please note that any Brass or Stainless Steel product will change it's surface appearance over time due to exposure to air (oxydation).

Architectural Woven Wire Mesh can either allow for openness and uninterrupted sight lines, or it can obscure and seclude areas, depending on the needs of the designer.

Surface Treatment: no processing, electrolytic polishing, 

                                  painting, Titanium-coated, copper plating (antique finish).     

The color is antique brass, gold, grey, white, black, blue etc.

Applications:

     Architectural Woven Wire Mesh's delicate textural finish, coupled with its durable material substrate, makes it suitable for a variety of internal and external decoration as space dividers, screens, ceilings, claddings, wall coverings, facades, elevator panel, railing infill, furnitures and so on.    

Architectural Woven Wire Mesh is easy to maintain and impervious to most airborne pollutants and dirt deposits.

Material that is supplied from Metal Mesh is in an “off the machine” condition meaning it will have residual oil and steel fragments from the process of weaving, perforation or fabrication.

Stainless steel may suffer from ‘tea stains’ over time. Factors that accelerate this brown discolouration are wind exposure, pollution and elevated temperatures. This is a visual impairment only and will not affect the life or strength of the product.

Protection Note:
                 Do not use harsh scrubbing tools, scourers or chemicals
                 Do not rub with steel wool or scrape with steel tools
                 Do not use scourers or cleaning cloths that have been used on ordinary steel
                 Do not use concentrated bleach or hydrochloric acid based cleaning products
                 Stainless steel may discolour if left in contact with salts or acids for extended periods

1. How to make a inquiry of your mesh?

  -You need to provide your prefored Material, Aperture size, Wire Diameter, Dimension and the Quantity, you can also indicate if you have any special requirement. We'll provide formal quotation list once received your inquiry.

2. Could you provide free sample?

   -Yes, we can provide free sample. The sample time is 1-3 days.

3. How is your payment term?

   - T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union. Generally, our payment term is 30 %T/T in advance and the balance against the copy of B/L. 

4. How is your delivery time?

   -We always prepare stock material and mesh for your urgent order. Normally 100square meters only need 7 days to produce.
